Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend. We were gray and icky yesterday until about three and then all the clouds lifted and we had a gloriously sunny late afternoon. We used the time to plant six hydrangea bushes out front (no more growing veggies for me) and to replace the plants in the hanging planters. It's nice to have everything ready for the spring now. We have rain coming later in the week, so it's just in time.
Aside from working on Fred's outfit and doing some quilting, it's been our excitement. Last night we did jerk lamb chops and tonight it's beef stew. I'm hoping today will be as equally quiet and restful.
