This is how I feel about this week

Guess which one I am.

It's been a roller coaster of a week for many folks. Like many I was sad, angry, distressed and everything in between. Now I'm not happy, but I'm not complacent either. My dander is up - the best way I can describe it is with a line from I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change!. "Zip it up, guys. I'm coming in and I'm not happy."

As is my way, I started cooking. From one of my posts last week, I roasted some squash and beets drizzled with maple syrup (oh, so very good) and also some peppers, onions, peppers and potatoes, tossed with olive oil and thyme. These were served with some Molinari sausage - very tasty

On Wednesday I was upset and ended up on the bottom of a kitten pile. They were all over me all morning.

Work is insane and they are talking about adding a 19th performance to our run because we are at 70% and there's still a week before the opening. It's pretty crazy, but we are loving it.
