writing

I'm just in the mood.

It's the time of year when my Muse starts celebrating for it know I tend to pander to its favorite form of writing now. I am a sucker for ghost stories. I prefer spooky scary to gross scary, but I've been known to do both. I love reading them, but to write them is a double dose of spooky fun.

Have you ever tried to write a scary story? No time? then this is the perfect challenge for you. A two sentence ghost/scary story... oh, say, something like this.

I love waking up in the middle of the night and hearing purring in my ear. I've love it even more if I owned a cat...

There's nothing worse than someone taking a shower and hogging all the hot water, except when you live alone and the shower's been running for an hour. And there's blood on the inside of the curtain.

Kids love cutting open pumpkins and scooping out the seeds to make Jack O'lanterns. I would too, if I wasn't a pumpkin and there wasn't someone coming with a knife.

So, how about you? Can you write a story in two sentences? Will you even try?

And she is right to warn to not take this on an empty stomach!

I got:

Have a Halloween movie marathon! Who doesn't love a Halloween movie? Whether you're a horror fan who wants to be scared senseless, or someone who prefers spooky-but-not-scary ones, there's plenty of options.

I will take the spooky, but not gross, preferably something in black and white. :D

Just wondering...

What’s something you can’t go a day without doing (not counting stuff like breathing, eating, sleep, working, etc.)?

What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve done lately?

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done for love?
