Aw, Tuesday, you old stinker.

I'm hoping that the day will take pity on me, but I doubt it. At least I got to put my check in the bank without the benefit of a doppleganger this time.

Aarceli leaves on Thursday to take her aunt's body back to Mexico. The lady passed away on Friday afternoon and already the fighting has started for her money and property. Araceli solely took care of her for the last five years of her life and yet now everyone wants something. I don't envy her at all. Death truly brings out the greed in people.

Happily for us, this is a dead period in the box office and Jay will take care of the business manager stuff. She's going to be gone until March. I'm hoping we survive until then.

The last couple of days have been really warm (low 70's) and they are starting to warn about mosquitoes... sigh, bad with the good, I suppose.

We are off this weekend to Fort Bragg, so I might not be around much. I will stick my nose in as much as possible, but until I see what sort of WiFi I have, it's uncertain.

Sadly, it looks like we have lost the smallest of our outside pack. Bullet has stopped showing up. I keep hoping and calling, but it's been six days now. Life is so hard for ferals. Happily, everyone else is fine and I seem to have acquired a second Siamese, a one-eye chocolate point I'm calling Jack. He has settled in with the others nicely. Sigh... and the beat goes on.

When you need someone to draw out your adventurous side, Totoro will get the job done. This big burly teddy bear of a creature will take you on magical adventures and cater to the kid inside you. He will remind you that no matter how old you get, you shouldn't be afraid to explore the unknown.
