So Monday I get a surprise shipment from them. They were supposed to have shipped on the 10th, but okay... but I'd only ordered three baskets for here, two for our friends in Florida and one for the boy... but four show up. Worse, I'd gotten nothing from the company about the shipment and I was certain I'd majorly screwed up and mis-sent one of the packages to my address. I spent a week looking for anything about the shipment and nothing.
This morning, I finally decided to call and got Elaine in Customer service. She verified that they had shipped four to me and would be shipping the rest next week, just as I requested. She also went on to tell me that the last basket was a special offer, 50% off and free shipping. All I can think is that I decided to order it as an extra 'in case' gift.
Despite the fact that I had no paperwork, Elaine was funny, helpful and always positive. I ended the call with even more customer loyalty than when I started. That doesn't happen very often these days and, well, I just wanted to share. There are still good people around.
