1. I have lots of favorite foods! It's hard to pin down just one because my favorite depends upon my mood, the time of day, the time of the year, the place, and so on. I do like pasta, though.
2. Stir fry or sautéing.
3. Again, it depends upon the mood I'm in. I usually cook Japanese or Chinese at least once a week, Hawaiian, Italian, Mediterranean, Southern, as well. And some nights I just cook.
4. No clams, please.
5. Sweet soy sauce. Because it's tasty, lower sodium than regular soy sauce and it's very versatile.
