An update

So, the number are in from the wine wall and we've managed to raise almost $560 towards the new lobby carpet. That might not seem like a lot, but it's more then any other fundraiser we've had as of late, especially when you figure it's only one night during the run of a show and that the wine is all donated, so we are looking at pure profit. I'm quite content.

Our troublesome TD is back to work and things are not good in the back. He claims that he is clean and sober and I hope for his sake that it's the truth. It's not the first, second or third time he's tried, so he needs to make it happen this time if not for his sake, then for that of his son.

Yesterday we had lunch at Whirlo's as part of a fundraising event for the theatre. They will donated 20% of a bill to the theatre when you should a flyer. Here's hoping we made a few bucks. The last time we tried this, it was with BJ's and we raised about $50. Every little bit helps.

It got gray and murky yesterday. It was humid and the air was thick and we got maybe six drops of rain - whee... not. So much for our 'drenching' rain.
Today they say we have a 60% chance. I'm not holding my breath. The highest temperature we have in the next ten days is 83. That I am loving.

The cats are well, The vehicles are well, TBG is well, and I am well. It's just one party after another here.
