Thanks to a_boleyn and TBG, I managed my first Swiss Roll. The recipe was easy to follow and the only hard part was the waiting for it to cool so we could fill it. The only variation was made was to mix some lemon curd in with the whipped cream. It was a little sweet for my tastes, but somehow my piece disappeared like magic.
