So, the adventure this week - an Appetizer Dinner

Last weekend, TBG picked up a book on starters and over the course of a week's worth of discussion, we decided to have friends over and try a couple of apps on them. Then good ole sparky955 said, "Why not a dinner of appetizers?"
"Too much work," I scoffed and TBG ran with it. So, that was that.

Our menu stands as such for the moment (still not sure about the wines)

Orange Champagne Cocktails
Shrimp and Cucumber Skewers with Dill Dipping Sauce
Pork Larb
Sobon Rose Wine (?)
Farro (Spelt) Salad with Mango and Cilantro
Cream of Asparagus Soup
Sobon Rocky Top Zinfandel (?)
Pork Tenderloin in Port Reduction Sauce
Roasted Baby Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Berry Parfait (TBG's creation)
