This is the hardest part for me

The choosing of the dishes is always my biggest challenge. This time, though, we are going backwards. Instead of cooking and then deciding what to plate it on, we picked the dishes first and planned the menu accordingly.



Left top
Pork tenderloin and grilled asparagus
Center let
Roasted potatoes
Bottom left
Salad/dessert
The cups will be for the soup and beneath that, the spoons will hold the pork larb.

TBG is trying to figure out what to do with the top right three.  Perhaps in the black,(or the white dependig upon the color) we will do an intermezzo (some fruit sorbet).  The other two are wild cards.
