We are still doing well, as are our family and friends. The county's number of cases has slowed down, although we have lost 20 folks overall. More and more people are talking about taking the next step to Phase 2 and I'm ready, but only if they are going to be smart about it. Rushing into this will not do anyone any favors.
No idea when they will re-open the theatre, but we were blown away by a $20,000 donation this week and were told that we had received our payroll loan. At least we will get through this part. Hopefully we won't be dealing with the same thing this fall, but you can never say never these days.
We have gotten our flights and cruise officially booked, so that makes me happy. It's hard to believe that we will be away for both Christmas and New Years (fingers crossed). I've always wanted to be on a cruise for the holidays. It will mean a lot of shuffling on this end, but that's okay and it will be a nice celebration to mark TBG's retirement.
Started working on gathering the bits together for the central panel of the the screen. I got shot down for cloth at Walmart, but then discovered it didn't need it. I had an entire package of various pink fabrics, so *yay*. I've got the materials picked and ready to go, but two hours of scrubbing the shower has left the fingers less than happy about things. It'll have to wait until tomorrow.
Hopefully, the week hasn't been too awful and we can all celebrate one week closer to warmer (or colder) weather. Rock on and stay safe out there.
