When will Tuesdays stop feeling like the low point in the week?

I got an e-mail for Araceli telling me that I didn't need to go into the office (I had been going in to mail checks and do letters, but those tasks have been reassigned). I will go in next Tuesday if only to pick up my next to last paycheck, but that left me with the day free and clear. This should make me happy, but I felt annoyed.

It seemed the perfect time to do the mattress pad, the bedspread and the sheets. Of course, that distressed the cats immensely... which made remaking the bed even more of a challenge when the time came. More annoyance...

They are doing very loud road work out front of our place and that meant the trash wasn't emptied. I'm not sure why that bothers me so much, but, you got it annoyed.

After I snapped at TBG, I realized it was Tuesday. Time to take my hormones. Yeah, in a couple of hours, things should be much better. Sigh...you wouldn't think it would make that much of a difference, but it does.

I finished up my latest quilting project and started my new one. This one should be a challenge. It's much later than my usual ones.

This is an Obake anthurium pattern to replace an old pillow

My new project - ohelo berries on lave.

It measures 42" by 41 1/2. thanks to Hobby Lobby's non standard measurements.

Why I don't get more quilting done.  Titan, TBG (background) Bête Noir and Pyewacket.

Titan was the only one who didn't get the hint to leave...

The applique has been basted onto the brown material, the bed is made, cats have sacked down for the morning and two of the three bathrooms are cleaned. and it's not even eleven yet. What shall I do with the afternoon?

Hope everyone is having a non-challenging Tuesday!
