What a nice evening
We had probably the best dinner party we've ever had last night. All the dishes came out perfectly and were no fuss to make. There was no drama and best of all, absolutely no mess in the kitchen this morning!
Outside, the leaves are just starting to turn:
It was cool enough for a fire in the fireplace:
For dinner we had keto crab cakes to start (no photo), then we followed with smothered chicken, cauliflower cheese casserole and asparagus - all keto friendly - and served with an Il Gioiello 2016 Montepulciano.
And we finished with a keto chocolate mousse.
I have the recipes if anyone wants them. They are super easy and super good!
